What does your shipping pay for?

Our shipping is very unique and reasonable. Our shipping from 1 to 50 items including 1 tutu is always 2.00 unless noted. Only items such as 2 or more tutus, or very heavy items will have a higher shipping. For International shipping we charge 3.00 for first class.

Why is the shipping 2.00?

Your 2.00 or 3.00 shipping pays for a bubble mailer and USPS first class. We only ship First class because our items are small in size and do not weight over 2 pounds even with 50. We ship all of our items in bubble mailers to insure none of them become crushed, or broken during travel. For extra precautions we do offer to wrap some of the items in bubble wrap.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Usually 1- 3 business days. If you do not recive your item by them please contact me and I will find what happened to your item. We do ask our customers put insurence on your items to insure it does get there but we never had a problem with a item not arriving on time. For International depending on where you live they arrive from 2 to 5 business days.

When do you mail them off?

Our mailing is differnt. We only mail our packages on fridays or weekends. Sometimes our bows or tutus have to be made. We ask that you allow us 1 week to make the item.

Why does it take one week to make the item?

We want to make your item as perfect as possible so that you as our customers are happy and we build a great relationship with you.
